Reminiscin' the movie: Transformers

By Mara Hernandez-Capili

I am a huge fan of the movie Transformers. I am no huge fan of robots or transforming trucks but somehow the movie made me a fan of Sci-fi films. For those of you who haven't watched the film it is about a young high school boy named Sam Whitwicky who inherited one Transformer car (Bumblebee) and became an accomplice to the war of the robots. The movie contained various twists and turns that featured award winning Sci-fi effects.

At the Nevada Truck Show, monster trucks will be featured for show that could make anyone remember the famous movie. Trucks of different sizes, colors, makes and brands will be present for show alongside their proud owners. There will also be an antique truck show for all old trucks. A car show will also be featured with categories consisting of antique, most fashionable and speediest. All automobiles enthusiasts and aficionados will be gathered in this one of a kind event.

Going back to the Transformers movie, Sam and his girlfriend got tangled up on the war of the machines that has somehow gotten over our planet. In the movie, newcomer Megan Fox is seen as a hot and sexy chick that had guys drooling over. The movie actually garnered her several other major roles in upcoming movies as it became the stepping stone to her stardom.

The movie Transformers does not only cater robots fighting, transforming and all that. Friendship and unity for the common good of others is the best aspect the movie has given. It is about sacrifice, giving up something that matters most for the benefit of others. The movie shows a lot of life angles, including love and trust. It also warns the people about the disadvantage and the advantages of technology in human life..

Come with your comrades to the best and most anticipated Truck Show!
