Enjoy An Inspired California Vacation: Explore San Diego, La Jolla and more

When it comes to tourism, without a doubt California has something for everyone. With the exciting lifestyle, scenic views, warm beaches, movie sets, interesting museums, historical sites, amazing amusement parks, top restaurants, huge shopping malls, beautiful weather and more, there is something to please every member of the family.

San Diego, "America's Finest City", is a laid back city perched among Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. With its excellent weather, and long list of entertainment options, it has long been an extremely popular vacation destination. Residents of San Diego enjoy the outdoors, and the beach bum reputation is alive and well. San Diego has a strong economy- the largest employer is the U.S. Navy, and San Diego is home to the largest naval fleet in the world. Other important industries include international trade, tourism, and manufacturing and research.

Tijuana is directly south San Diego, across the border in Mexico. Tijuana is one of Mexico's fastest growing cities. Tijuana is extremely popular with tourists, and its proximity to the U.S. borders entices people to cross over for a visit. More than 50 million people cross the border into Tiajuana each year, making it the busiest land-crossing border in the world.

La Jolla is a hilly resort community that is located along seven miles of curvy coastline and is known as one of the most affluent cities in the United States. It is a favorite of many tourists because it offers mild climate and excellent lodging, dining and shopping. La Jolla also has beautiful scenery, beaches, art galleries and cultural activities. It is home of the Institution of Oceanography, Stephen Birch Aquarium & Museum and to numerous Biotech companies.

Pacific Beach, located along the coast of San Diego, epitomizes the image of a Southern California beach. This three mile stretch of sand is bordered on one side by a busy boardwalk. Beach bars, restaurants and eclectic shops line the boardwalk.

Los Angeles has so much to offer, The movie studios, Hollywood and well known amusement parks are just some of the adventures that await you in this busy city. There are many unique restaurants that should be visited. China town the LA flower mart and Alvira street are all things that should not be missed.

San Diego tourist attractions include beaches, Balboa Park, Belmont amusement park, San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, Sea World, Mission San Diego de Alcala and Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. Some of the biggest tourist attractions in the Los Angeles area are Walt Disney Concert Hall, Disneyland, Dodger Stadium, Kodak Theatre, Griffith Observatory, Getty Center, Getty Villa, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art and Grauman's Chinese Theatre.

Los Angeles and the San Diego area provide relaxation, excitement and all things in between. People are friendly, the weather is sunny and there are amazing things to see in this beautiful part of the United states. Come to Southern California and see why it is one of the most visited places in America.
