Birthing Breakthrough

By Mara Hernandez-Capili

Child birthing was never a piece of cake. Every mom suffer a lot from bringing her child into the world. Second is that, giving birth affects the mothers blood pressure, especially if they are not aware of what to expect, this might cause serious problem to both the mom and the doctor. Finally, child birthing is unpredictable if your mind and body is not prepared. As a result, child birthing really is never easy.

Luckily, hypno birthing or hypnobabies is introduced; it is a gentle and natural way of giving birth. Yes! It is painless and it makes child birth easy. Hypno comes from the word "hypnosis" which means conditioning and affecting the mind. Hypno birthing moms choose this method because its drug free, it's all natural child birth experience. Hypno birthing allows every hypno mom to walk and move around freely while remaining calm and relaxed.

There are many people who are allergic to anaesthetics; these people have successfully undergone medical and dental surgery using only hypnosis as their anaesthesia! If hypnosis can do that to surgeries of all kind, then it can help in child birthing. Hypno birthing reduces the use of artificial induction and augmentation during labor, it also lessens the risk of surgical birth.

Hypno training is open to all expectant moms, or to mom wannabes. Through hypno classes' mom and the dad to be are being prepared to understand how the birthing muscles work perfectly given the right motivation and proper breathing. The class free of the tension that nervousness creates; here you will achieve total relaxation both of the body and mind.

At the hypno training classes, expectant moms are taught to use the natural birthing instinct in order to lead them to a calm and serene birthing experience. Mostly, in this class you'll learn to call upon your body's natural pain reliever or endorphins, helps in eliminating or reducing the need for pain medication. At craft shows, there are hypno birthing classes for soon-to-be moms who are encouraged to attend together with their birthing partners.
