By Mara Hernandez-Capili

New Hampshire is the State where something huge is happening. I'm talking about the annual Apple Country Craft Fair. At the craft fair, lots of happenings are in store for the enjoyment of the attendees and the spectators. Every member of the family will surely enjoy the unique events and fun activities that are in store for the spectators and attendees. For this year, new and exciting activities are included.

At the Apple Country Craft Fair, the usual activities like last year will apply. This includes the crowd favorite spectacular Arts and Crafts fairs for kids and adults. Bring your little one and be left undisturbed with your spring shopping as skilled and artistic instructors teach her with early acrylic and painting art lessons. Never worry about ink and paint stains on her bluse as the materials are guaranteed safe and washable. As a new addition, this year will also feature the edible artwork making that will keep children busy and parents free with their shopping.

At the craft show, there are juried and non-juried shows that will feature interesting curios and never before seen whatnots for the delight of the attendees. These are mostly preferred by buyers as they are delicate and of very good quality. It shows fine workmanship by the crafters and are just the pride of the land. These acrafters are actually "small business people" who have successfully transformed a hobby into a money making opportunity.

The 2009 event will be held at the grounds of St. Peter's Episcopal Church. It is indeed a very great time to celebrate the onset of Spring. This year, the festival will feature juried and non-juried art shows where a lot of hand crafted materials will be included in the competition. Prizes will be given away for the lucky winners.

If you're visiting from Londonderry, New Hamsphire why not take a peek at this fantastic craft fair and be part of the glorious feast.
