Travel Through Spain And Meet

Traveling along the Costa Blanca through Alicante or through Benidorm you'll reach a welcoming in the form of familiar trademark mosaic blue domes atop shining churches and a landscape with dynamic white washed residence homes located on cliffs overlooking the sea that matches the magnificent climate in the town of Altea Spain. This is a quaint traditional Spanish town.

The town of Altea on the Costa Blanca has grown as a proud tourist destination across the many decades. This Spanish city has recently seen the construction of a brand new hotel and restaurant. This was accomplished while maintaining great respect for all the natural surroundings. Travel around the city and area then throughout Spain and absorb the rich culture and history.

This is a tranquil town beloved by artists, writers, and people within the entertainment industry. Altea offers a serenity that people seeking peace and quiet can really enjoy. The artists and writers generally take shelter in non touristy areas of Altea such as more local neighborhoods, churches, and smaller restaurants offering great traditional Spanish cuisine. Traveling down to the foot of the hill you'll meet with the am more modernized Altea but the ancient architecture still exists and will for the for sea of all future.

You'll enjoy your exploration of Altea on foot by starting at the Mestre La Musica Street,
And locating the long stone stairway that takes you past small stone white washed homes where you'll come upon a doorway that will take you inside the original walled town. Once inside the wall you'll walk towards Mayor Street. This is where you'll notice a small church and this is the center of most of the town's activity. Although you might not understand the language you will certainly understand their kindness and generosity.

Travel through Spain and meet a group of the local craftsmen who run a seasonal one of a kind craft market which operates from the Easter festival through to September. Nearby you'll encounter a stunning monument called the Church of the Virgin of the Consolation. The church was built about 1910 over the site of an older parish using craftsmen who could design a rich and beautiful interior topped off by a gorgeous blue mosaic tiles dome which always seems to accent the Mediterranean place of worship.

The gorgeous climate on the Mediterranean must see cities and a terrific dining experience nearly every night. You can if you wish enjoy a cuisine on every terrace overlooking the azure ocean near the town of Altea. You'll also want to see and the modern Altea promenade adds offering upscale dining experiences for your pleasure. The town of Altea could offer the romantic vacation of a lifetime for you and your significant other.
