Experience Beautiful Climate In Spain!

A great place to go on for a holiday get away is Spain. It is a place where many tourists would love to celebrate and experience adventure and it is full of mystery and surprises. But first, a traveler must understand why this country's climate is extremely diverse, and know the two main or the most populated and the most appealing cities in the land full of cultural inheritance.

The diversity of the climate in Spain is due to its geographical situation and orographic conditions. Orography means the study of formation and relief of mountains. The climate in this country is roughly divided into four areas and these are the continental Mediterranean climate, Mediterranean climate, oceanic climate and subtropical climate. Each of these climates is being experienced to different cities. The two most well known and the most populated cities are Madrid and Barcelona, although Spain is mainly consists of ten cities.

In the region of Madrid, it has a continental Mediterranean climate in which many tourists and local citizens experiences cooler winter that includes isolated instances of snowfalls and minimum temperatures, due to altitude. Summer in this city is usually hot with a temperature that reaches to 30 degrees Celsius or often to 40 degrees Celsius in July. The night temperature in this area tends to be cooler due to high altitude and dry climate, and the driest seasons is usually on summer and winter, with mostly rainfall occurs in autumn and spring.

Madrid, Spain also hosts the largest Plaza de Toros or bullring, in which bullfighting is most popular, it begins in March and ends in October. It is a great place for travel destination because bullfighting is held everyday during festivities of San Isidro, the patron saint of Madrid. There are also other local festivities that this city holds which centers mainly to there patron saints, that many tourists would visit and experience the great beliefs of Spanish people.

The second largest and populated city is Barcelona. It has a Mediterranean climate which is similar to Madrid's. This city is well known in recent times for the 1992 Summer Olympics, and an important cultural center and a major tourist destination due to its rich cultural heritage. It has seven beaches but the most frequently visited beaches and one of the largest and oldest among them are Sant Sebastia and Barceloneta beaches. These two beaches really attract many beach lovers around the world and definitely an amazing place for sight-seeing and relaxation.

There are many other cities that Spain is consists of, and each of them has certainly has its own unique and overwhelming features in which many tourists would eagerly want to go and witness each and every piece of happenings. The different tourists' attractions especially the local festivities and the amazing land marks are a major magnet for a great travel destination, and every traveler must make sure that they are prepared to experience the breath taking scenes and the marvelous places that this country has.
