Deer Valley Condos Are Great For Summer And Winter Vacations

All year round vacationing is rarely found at ski resorts. Typically there is a winter season that offers the best possible travel option for visitors, but rarely do they offer much in the way of entertainment in the summer months. Deer Valley Resort is a ski resort with a difference; it offers non-stop activity all year round, winter and summer.

They provide an exceptional level of customer service and it is the commitment to this which makes summer fun just as engaging as the winter time. In the summer months you are able to enjoy lift-served hiking, 55 miles of mountain biking trails, national and local mountain biking races, scenic chair-lift rides, the Park City Jazz Festival, a free locals Summer Concert series, performances by the Utah Symphony and Opera and a whole multitude of other musical entertainment. The preschool, the Deer Valley Academy, takes care of and entertains youngsters from the age of two months up till four years. While the Summer Adventure Camp takes care of the older children up to the age of 12. All Deer Valley Resort accommodations are managed by various property management companies. There is a central reservations service available which will be able to make reservations for you as well as inform you of what accommodations are available. Look for websites that help you search lodging and then contact the property manager yourself. These sites don't earn a reservation commission, so you should be able to negotiate a discount of at least 10%.

Season dates vary throughout the property management companies; however it is generally accepted that winter high season is from December 21 to January 6 and the second week in February through the end of March. The summer runs from mid April through November with a few different rate changes in the peak of summer.

Of course winter time in Deer Valley also has its gifts. This resort virtually revolutionized the skiing industry more than twenty seven years ago, when they became the first ski resort in North America to provide service of the equivalent of a first class fine hotel.

During winter you will find the amenities even better than in the summer months, when ski valets are offered to guests, the pristine slopes are groomed to world-class standards and both rentals and lessons are available from their award winning ski school. This ski resort is a favorite with visitors from the United States and also internationally because of its high standards of customer service and attention to detail. Deer valley is an award winning resort and they even hosted the 2002 Winter Olympic games for three events.

Deer Valley Resort also offers additional services during the winter including a NASTAR race course, the Tricks 'n Turns Park, the Deer Valley Academy, which provides care and activities for babies and children aged two months to four years, and more than 7,000 acres for snowmobiling.
