My Family owns antique, we have cabinets, old instruments and even rifles that has been passed from generations. We have this cabinet that is over 100 years old. Owned and used by the mother of my great grandfather. It is kept by my family for its value and it carries for us a certain pride. The value for us is not just the financial gain for it but the history of it. It carries a hidden story within the narra woods of its structure.

Antique has hardcore admirers and collector; painting and old kitchenwares are usually auctioned off for them to be sold. The values can go up to millions of dollars. And for these collectors the money is really worth it. It was in an antique shop that I encountered in one of my travels in south East Asia. The owner of the shop is also an avid collector is auctioning it off.

There is an event in East Berlin that showcases antiques. In here you will be able to find antiques that are hard to find. With the quality and the intricacy of the design it is truly a collector's item. Plus it was personally used by the royal family of Thailand. The quality and rarity of the finds are guaranteed. And the variety of the places will be wide.
