In Exeter there are just a few of tourist attractions which merit your time including; Rougemont Castle, the Royal Albert Museum and St Peter's Cathedral. Further away, between Exeter and Plymouth is the sparsely populated moorland of the Dartmoor National Park with the general area having several places to see including A La Ronde, Buckfast Abbey and Buckland Abbey on the main route, to Plymouth. Along the way you will pass the Torbay area, which consists of Torquay, Brixham and Paignton and is commonly called the English Riviera.
