Good Reason Why People Reside In Seattle

Pioneer Square is located and located on the First Ave. and Yesler Way; this is considered as the prettiest downtown neighborhood because of its restored buildings and magnificent cobblestone plazes and the tree-lined streets. The China town or international district extends from around Fifth Ave. south and the South Jackson Street; this kind of neighborhood is very interesting and good place to walk around, it is mostly compose of Asian population and Chinese foods and museums are good things that you can find here.

There are neighborhoods in South of Downtown also in which it is primarily an industrial and warehouse district; near its area is Georgetown, wherein old industrial buildings are transformed into goody bars and fine restaurants by urban architects. There are other places like Beltown, Queen Hill Ave. and Capitol Hill; The Capitol hill is actually centered along the busy and crowded Broadway sidewalks; present in Seattle is also the most affluent neighborhood, the Madison Park just near the University of Washington.

The U district or University District provides the amenities for schooling purposes and college neighborhood; residents will have lesser problems as it offers affordable ethnic restaurants, espresso bars and many more; other affluent neighborhood such as the Magnolia and the quiet neighborhood of Wallingford are also there to offer variety of good things to people planning on residing in this state.

Residents nowadays prefer to live in a modest mixed with modern touch society like Seattle; from world class amenities and famous streets and places, there is nothing better than to reside in a state like this; new homes are formed with new neighborhoods, but the touch of old designs are still preserved by other residents in this state.

Seattle is a unique among large American cities, the weather is mystical and it is quite known as a city with natural beauty. Seattle as one of the busiest ports in the United States is a reason why it has been very convenient when it comes to commerce; there is a protected harbor and the view of deep waters that accentuates the city itself among other states. In the north end of the Alaskan Way are water view condominiums; the Water front being a residential neighborhood, it offers an array of nifty gift boutiques, boats for rent when resident wants to tour, and fancy seafood restaurants alongside the only water front hotel in Seattle, The Edgewater. First Hill is home to the Frye Art Museum and some good hotels; it is also helpful to Seattle residents as it is also a home for several large hospitals. The downtown area is the Seattle's main district; it is composed of steep streets, high rise office buildings, luxury hotels and chains of retailing shops.
