The basic concept with regards to education is the imparting or sharing of knowledge, ideas, skills to others so they can use it themselves. This process is composed of the teacher and the student who is receiving the knowledge and teachings. A teachers' duty is to teach and train their student until such point that the student understands everything the way the teacher does. This covers all educators in all field and levels such as college professors, trainers, lecturers, tutors and others.

While the classroom is the traditional location for learning, there are many other venues which are just as effective and important. A prime example would be an auto shop where an instructor is teaching his students on how the automobile operates. There certainly is 'classrooms' in other areas to include the outdoors. One leading outdoor career for any educator is an archeologist position. Archeologist are those who love to discover and uncover new things and along with them are a few of their students. If you enjoy the outdoors, and enjoy passing that knowledge onto others, archaeology is an excellent job.

Likewise, teaching people how to climb can also be a good candidate for your list of outdoor careers. That would include rock climbing, ice climbing, and just basic mountaineering. This job can prove to be highly beneficial for those who are knowledgeable and skilled with the sport of rock climbing as well as wall climbing. This is for the reason that you are knowledgeable of the risks involved. Of course, if you know these risks then it is also important that you share it with others thus making your work as a climb guide more effective. Needless to say, if you love climbing then this career can profit you in many ways.

Teaching people of survival or even first aid can also be quite a job for those educators who are looking for an outdoor career. Now this job is really important in our society since many people are already dependent on the modern tools and equipment in order to survive. This skill and training can greatly benefit those who are trying to camp or hike outdoors. You can find that this is a rewarding job if you are into staying and doing activities outdoors. You will be surprised that you are helping countless people survive on their own in the wild.

Those that enjoy the outdoors, usually pick up skills that help them to better their experiences in that environment. An inclusion of the experiences that you have may be hunting or fishing. Hunters as well as fishermen are usually the best outdoor experts and they are most suited to teach enthusiasts about it.

People who enjoy teaching for instructing have a wide variety of choices when it comes to the outdoors. Having an outdoor career is definitely possible if you have the skills and knowledge for it.
