Fun and interactions should very key on the tour. Creating an environment that is accommodating will make the tour very memorable. The travellers should engage each other in games and stories so that every individual feels accommodated and appreciated. Stopovers to watch the beautiful sites should be included in the schedule to make the tour spontaneous and fun for everyone. Suggestions should also be taken from everyone on board and executed as long as they fit within the working budget so that everyone feels involved in the tour.

The planners need to make the schedule to very flexible to accommodate any changes that might come up on the way. The flexibility will allow the occupants of the car to feel free to do activities that they want without the fear on annoying anyone that they are travelling with.
